ADMINISTRATIVE REPORTS <br />City Manager Corby Alexander advised staff will visit with Mr. Parker regarding the completion date for <br />rd <br />the 3 Street project. <br />9. COUNCIL COMMENTS <br />regarding matters appearing on the agenda; recognition of community <br />members, city employees, and upcoming events; inquiry of staff regarding specific factual information. <br />Councilmember Clausen commented tonight was a good meeting; Councilmember J. Martin <br />commented he would like to have a more clear understanding of the Ghost Bikes that Mr. Gibson <br />addressed to Council and suggested the City set a goal to achieve a double A+ rating in the future; <br />Councilmember K.
