Martin, Leonard, Zemanek, K. Martin and Clausen. Also present were City <br />Secretary Patrice Fogarty, City Manager Corby Alexander and City Attorney Knox Askins. <br /> <br />2. INVOCATION <br /> The invocation was given by Michael Abportus, Congreation Benim Avraham. <br /> <br />3. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE <br />The Pledge of Allegiance was led by Councilmember Mike Clausen. <br /> <br />4. PUBLIC COMMENTS <br />(Limited to five minutes per person.) <br />rdrd <br />Edward Parker, 303 S. 3 St., addressed Council with concerns of when the 3 Street paving project <br />will be completed. <br /> <br />Ghost <br />Anthony J. Gibson, 901 S. Iowa, addressed Council regarding the concept of Ghost Bikes. <br />Bikes <br /> are small and somber memorials for bicyclists who are killed or hit on the street. A bicycle is <br />painted all white and posted at a location memorializing the bicyclist. <br />a particular bike located on Main Street which looks almost like a Ghost Bike; however, it is only there <br />for the shop owner to bring in business. He asked the bike owner to paint the bike in a different color <br />-type paint for <br />n <br />particular about this; however, he wanted to bring awareness to Council. <br /> <br />5. CONSENT AGENDA <br />(All consent agenda items are considered routine by City Council and will be enacted by <br />one motion.
