Howell said property being <br />described as: <br />LOTS 21 AND 22 IN BLOCK 2 OF BATTLEGROUND ESTATES, SECTION 1, A SUBDIVISION <br />IN HARRIS COUNTY, TEXAS, ACCORDING TO THE MAP THEREOF RECORDED OR FILED <br />FOR RECORD IN THE MAP RECORDS OF HARRIS COUNTY, TEXAS.
