City of La PorteJuly 6, 2016 <br />Pine Bluff Subdivision Improvements <br />ensure proper drainage. Determine ditch grades and/or storm sewer grades and <br />inlet locations and ensure positive drainage of the existing project area. <br />9. Provide construction plan drawings. The plans will include, at a minimum, the <br />following. <br /> Cover Sheet Water and Sewer Layout <br /> Overall Project Layout Storm Sewer Layout <br /> Typical Cross Sections Survey Control Map <br /> SWPP Plan Plan and Profiles Sheets <br /> Demolition Plan Traffic Control Plan <br /> General Notes and Details <br />10. Prepare contract bidding documents consisting of technical specifications and <br />contract documents outlining the construction contract requirements. <br />11. Prepare a 60% submittal and a 90% submittal of the construction documents for <br />review and comment. Once all comments are received by all entities involved, <br />CobbFendley will finalize the construction documents for bidding. <br />12. Provide preliminary and final construction cost estimates. <br />Bid Phase Services: <br />1. Distribute digital plans and specifications to City for placement in <br />PublicPurchase.com. Address questions form potential bidders concerning the <br />Project’s construction documents and prepare addendums as necessary. <br />2. Attend Pre-Bid and Bid Opening. <br />3. Evaluate bids and qualifications of the apparent low bidder and provide a <br />recommendation of award letter. <br />4. Prepare and provide the City with three (3) sets of hard copy award documents <br />and plans. <br />Construction Administration: <br />1. Attend and conduct preconstruction conference <br />2. Review and respond to all submittals and request for information (RFI’s) <br />regarding the project improvements. Prepare change orders as necessary. <br />3. Attend and conduct final acceptance inspection of the project and prepare punch <br />list as necessary. <br />4.
