Abe Castaneda, 2823 S. Broadway #1, addressed Council requesting not to tear down the entire <br />building. <br /> <br />John Braniff, 3135 Fondren, addressed Council regarding 2823 S. Broadway #1 and requested the <br />building be demolished. <br /> <br />Nancy Doize, 211 N.
