RECONVENE into regular session and consider action, if any, on item(s) discussed in executive <br />session. <br />City Council reconvened the regular council meeting at 10:00 p.m. <br />RegardingTexas Government Code, Section 551.072 – Deliberation regarding Real Property, <br />Councilmember J. Martin made a motion for the City Manager to pursue with the instruction to <br />determine which properties are fee simple and which are resale so the City knows how to proceed. <br />Councilmember Zemanek seconded the motion. MOTION PASSED UNANIMOUSLY 6/0. <br />Ayes: Mayor Rigby, Councilmembers Leonard, Earp, Zemanek, <br />Kaminski, and J. Martin <br />Nays: None <br /> Absent: Councilmembers Ojeda, Engelken, and K. Martin <br />RegardingTexas Government Code, Section 551.071(1)(A) – Pending or Contemplated <br />Litigation. <br />Councilmember Leonard made a motion to give direction to the TML appointed attorney to <br />negotiate a settlement agreement at no cost to the City.
