On July 23, the La Porte <br />Economic Development Board discussed and approved the thirty-six (36) month economic development <br />services agreement. Since the funds are budgeted in the Economic Development budget, staff has asked the <br />Alliance to revise their agreement to include both the approvals by the Economic Development board and City <br />Council. <br />Action Required by Council: <br />Consider approval or other action authorizing the City of La Porte Mayor to sign a thirty-six (36) month <br />economic development services agreement with the Economic Alliance Houston Port Region beginning July 1, <br />2018 and ending June 30, 2021. <br />Approved for City Council Agenda <br />Corby Alexander, City Manager Date <br /> <br />
