Clowes <br /> <br />The public hearing opened at 7:01 p.m. City Planner Ian Clowes presented a summary. <br />Councilmember Bentley left the table at 7:02 p.m. and returned at 7:04 p.m. <br /> <br />Zoheh Manesia, the applicant, spoke seeking Council’s approval of building a Staybridge Hotel. <br /> <br />There being no further public comments the public hearing was closed at 7:14 p.m. <br /> <br />Councilmember Ojeda made a motion to accept the recommendation by the Planning and Zoning <br />Commission and approve Special Conditional Use Permit #18-91000013.
