CALL TO ORDER Mayor Rigby called the meeting to order at 6:00 p.m. <br />2.INVOCATION The invocation was given by Don Hill, Interchurch Council. <br /> <br />3.PLEDGES The pledges of allegiance to the U.S. and Texas flags were led by Councilmember Jay Martin. <br />4.PRESENTATIONS, PROCLAMATIONS, and RECOGNITIONS <br />(a) Recognition Employee of the Fourth Quarter 2018 Shonda Ingle (Public Works Secretary) City <br />of La Porte Public Works Mayor Rigby <br />b) Recognition Employees of the Year 2018 Officers Joshua Willhoite, Barrence Rodgers, and <br />Sergio Torre City of La Porte Police Department Mayor Rigby <br />c) Recognition Manager of the Year 2018 Matt Hartleib (Human Resource Manager) City of La <br />Porte Human Resources Department Mayor Rigby <br /> <br />5.PUBLIC COMMENTS (Limited to five minutes per person.)
