(Plains); MPLX LP; Delek US; Lotus <br />Midstream, LLC (Lotus); and Rattler Midstream LP. <br /> <br />The new common-carrier pipeline system will provide more than 1 million barrels per <br />day of crude oil and condensate capacity and will be constructed from the Permian <br />Basin in West Texas to the Texas Gulf Coast. The Wink to Webster Texas-based <br />pipeline system will have origin points at Wink and Midland to multiple locations near <br />Houston, including Webster and Baytown, with connectivity to Texas City and <br />Beaumont. <br /> <br />First Responder Grant Program <br />Wink to Webster Pipeline LLC strives to be a good neighbor in the communities where <br />we work and operate. To demonstrate our commitment, we are implementing a First <br />Responder Grant Program to support training and equipment needs of responders <br />along the Wink to Webster Pipeline route in Texas. The grant program helps first <br />responders better serve their communities by providing additional resources that <br />enhance their safety and training. <br /> <br /> The La Porte Police Department received a grant of $9,449.16. These funds will be <br />used to buy the following: <br /> <br />1) SpeedTech Lights - 6 Pack of Rechargeable 16 LED Disc LED Road Flares <br />Beacon Lights for every marked patrol unit.
