<br />Mayor Rigby opened the public hearing at 6:58 p.m. City Planner Ian Clowes gave a brief presentation. Sue Sabin
<br />and Maggie Anderson spoke in opposition to the proposed ordinance. Mayor Rigby closed the public hearing at
<br />7:36 p.m. Councilperson Ojeda moved that the Council deny Ordinance 2020-
<br />of the Code of Ordinances; the motion to deny was adopted, 9-0.
