ELECTION MATTERS <br />(a) Presentation, discussion, and possible action to adopt Ordinance 2020-3808, canvassing <br />the returns of the 2020 General Election held on November 3, 2020, for the election of <br />Councilperson-at-Large Position B, Councilperson- District 1, and Councilperson- District 6. <br />[Mayor Louis R. Rigby] <br />(b) Presentation, discussion, and possible action to adopt Ordinance 2020-3807 calling a <br />runoff election to be held on December 12, 2020, for the election of a Councilperson- <br />District 6. Rigby] <br />(c) Presentation, discussion, and possible action to approve an election services contract <br />between Harris County and the City of La Porte, relating to the City's Councilperson- District <br />6 runoff election to be held on December 12, 2020. STATUTORY AGENDA The purpose of this meeting is to discuss and formulate City Council and <br />staff plans, operations, policies, and/or future projects, including the following: <br />(a) Presentation, discussion, and possible action regarding Quote No. OPP0076381 to <br />TDlndustries under BuyBoard Contract # 552-17 for the purchase and installation of UV-C <br />Light Sterilization Systems at City facilities.
