Presentation, discussion, and possible action to accept the City of La Porte Fiscal Year Ending September <br />30, 2020, Annual Comprehensive Financial Report. [Michael Dolby, Finance Director] <br />Lupe Garcia, Engagement Audit Partner, offered the report on behalf of the Whitley Penn external audit <br />team. The City received a clean report/unmodified opinion on the federal single audit. Mayor Pro Tern <br />Engelken moved to accept the City of La Porte Fiscal Year Ending September 30, 2020, Annual Comprehensive <br />Financial Report; the motion was seconded by Councilperson Oieda; the motion was adopted, 7-0. <br />b. Presentation, discussion, and possible action to provide administrative staff direction on how to proceed <br />with an agreement with the Association of Bayport Companies for area located within the Bayport <br />Industrial District for the City of La Porte EMS to provide EMS coverage for the period from October 1, <br />2020, through September 30, 2023. Receive report on the La Porte Development Corporation Board meeting.
