Ɠķ <br />9ƒƦƌƚǤĻĻ ƚŅ ƷŷĻ Ћ vǒğƩƷĻƩ ŅƚƩ ЋЉЋЊ <br />IğƌĻǤ tƚĭƚĭƉ LƓƭƦĻĭƷźƚƓƭ {ĻƩǝźĭĻƭ /ƚƚƩķźƓğƷƚƩ <br /> <br />Haley joined the La Porte team in October of last year as the Inspection Services Coordinator. In <br />that role, she provides oversight of the permitting process by addressing the needs of both external <br />and internal customers. <br />While she has been here less than a year, Haley has already made several impactful contributions <br />to the division: <br />She has played a major role in transforming the permit process from paper based to digital. <br />This saves customers time and money, makes the process more efficient and <br />environmentally friendly. <br /> <br />She has reviewed all permit forms and made improvements that clarify and simplify. <br />Haley is the point of contact for contracted engineers, and has taken it upon herself to learn <br />more about the engineering process so that she can better serve our customers and <br />communicate more effectively with the engineers. This has saved a lot of time and improved <br />the customer experience. <br />Haley sets a great example for the division and all employees with her work ethic and positive <br />attitude. She is typically one of the first employees into the office each day and her leadership has <br />ef <br />as effective a leader without Haley on my staff.
