The City Council will hold a public hearing to receive comments regarding a <br />recommendation by the Planning and Zoning Commission to adopt Ordinance 2022-3860 <br />Zone Change #21-92000004, a change from Main Street Overlay (MSO) District to Main Street <br />(MS) District for a 0.344-acre tract of land located at the 300 Block of East Main Street and <br />legally described as Lots 23-25 and E ½ of Lot 26, Block 196, Town of La Porte, Harris <br />County, Texas; followed by discussion and possible action to consider adopting Ordinance <br />2022- <br />by granting Zone Change #21-92000004, a change from Main Street Overlay (MSO) District <br />to Main Street (MS) District for a 0.344-acre tract of land located at the 300 Block of East <br />Main Street and legally described as Lots 23-25 and E ½ of Lot 26, Block 196, Town of La <br />Porte, Harris County, Texas. \[Teresa Evans, Director of Planning and Development\] <br /> <br />Mayor Rigby opened the public hearing at 6:33 p.m. There were no public comments.
