RichardC.Anderson of International Code Council spoke in support ofadoptingtheir products. Joseph Thomasof Cortez-NorrisAmerican Legion Post #319spoke of renaming their Postand loaned a framed photo of Cody Norristo the City until the Post has a physical location. 5.CONSIDERATION OF COUNCILPERSON ABSENCES a.Presentation, discussion, and possible action to consider excusing the absence of Councilperson Brandon Lunsford from the February 14, 2022, City Council meeting, in accordance with the City Council Attendance Policy. \[Louis R. Rigby, Mayor\] Councilperson Garzamoved to excuse the absenceof Councilperson Brandon Lunsford from the February 14, 2022, City Council meeting; the motion was seconded by Councilperson McCaulley; the motion was adopted, 9-0. 6.CONSENTAGENDA(Approval of Consent Agenda items authorizes each to be implemented in accordance with staff recommendations provided.
