Two vendors responded to the invitation for <br />bid, one of which is the current vendor. <br />Upon review of bid documents, staff discovered that the current vendor had "no bid" on a number <br />of items included in the packet. Further investigation revealed that this was likely based on <br />information provided to the current bidder that was not included in the bid packet or otherwise <br />furnished to all prospective bidders. <br />Due to these discrepancies, staff recommends that City Council reject the bids for mowing <br />services submitted under Bid #22021. <br />ACTION REQUIRED BY CITY COUNCIL <br />Reject Bid #22021 for the Parks and Recreation Department mowing services contract. <br />Approved for the City Council meeting agenda <br />
