The Intergovernmental <br />Risk Pool provides workers compensation and property & liability coverages to member <br />municipalities. <br />Each member of the pool is entitled to vote for the Board of Trustee members. However, <br />each municipality can only vote for one candidate for each place. The officials listed on <br />the ballot have been nominated to serve a six -year term on the Board. This ballot must <br />be received by September 30, 2022. <br />Attached within, is the official ballot for the election of Place 6 - 9 of the Board of <br />Trustees for the TML Intergovernmental Risk Pool. TML has provided a brief bio of each <br />Board candidate; however, you may wish to do further research on the candidates prior <br />to the City Council meeting. Staff recommendations are noted below. <br />Candidates: <br />• Place 6 <br />o Allison Heyward, Councilmember for the City of Shertz <br />o Kimberly Meismer, Assistant City Manager for the City of Kerrville (Staff <br />Recommends) <br />• Place 7 <br />o Mary Dennis (Incumbent), Mayor for the City of Live Oak (Staff <br />Recommends) <br />o James A. Douglas, Ph.D., City Councilmember for the City of Kenedy <br />o Rebecca (Becky) Haas, Mayor of Richmond <br />o James Hotopp, City Manager for Weatherford <br />• Place 8 <br />o Chris Coffman, City Manager of Granbury <br />o Brett Haney, City Administrator for the City of Cockrell Hill <br />
