There were no public speakers. Mayor <br />Helton closed the public hearing at 6:49 p.m. <br />Counciloerson Williams moved to adopt Ordinance 2025-4052 for approval of <br />12, Block 25; Lots 21-29 & S '% of Lot 6, Block 25 and TRA Part of Abandoned <br />Alley, La Porte, Harris County. Texas: the motion was seconded by Mayor Pro Tem <br />Engelken: the motion was adopted. 9-0. <br />b. Ordinance 2025-4053 Zone Change ZC-2025-0006 - The City Council will hold <br />a public hearing to receive comments regarding a recommendation by the <br />Planning and Zoning Commission to adopt Ordinance 2025-4053 for <br />approval of ZC-2025-0006, a zone change from General Commercial (GC) to <br />Low -Density Residential (R-1) on approximately 1.16 acres of land generally <br />located between W. A St. to the north, W.
