H St., on approximately 2.0 acres of land legally described as Tracts 489E-1 & 489C La Porte Outlots; Harris County, Texas; followed by discussion and possible action to adopt Ordinance 2025-4062 for approval of Special Conditional Use Permit SCUP-2025-0016 to allow a secondary dwelling unit in the Large Lot Residential (LL) zoning district, located at 9818 N.
