The AJD <br />th <br />wassubmitted to the USACE onOctober 5, and the USACE is expected to respond <br />within 120 days. The City of Pasadena has coordinated with the USACE and conducted <br />an on-site wetlands inspection in late December. The City of Pasadena staff received <br />comments from the USACE related to the observed condition of the site. The City of <br />regarding the site <br />conditions, but progress was delayed due to unexpected disaster response efforts. The <br />drainage impact analysis was submitted to HCFCD in mid-Octoberand HCFCD <br />th <br />approved the analysis on February 17.
