This represents an increase of approximately $0.0 million or 0.1%. In the prior <br />year, the City realized a gain of $4.2 million on the sale of property. During the current year, they <br />received only $1.9 million from the sale of property but had an increase in sales tax revenues of $2.1 <br />million due to increased economic activity and an additional ¼ cent emergency service sales tax. <br />7 <br /> <br />
