The distribution center will be located on a <br />vacant plot of land at the northeastern corner of the <br />intersection North P Street and Sens Road. The <br />location of the proposed distribution center is shown <br />in Figure 1, and the proposed site plan is shown in <br />Figure 2. <br />Access to the distribution center will be provided by <br />three driveways: one on Sens Road and two on the <br />turnaround road underneath the overpass. The <br />southern driveway on the turnaround road will <br />provide the primary access point for truck traffic <br />during the day.
