We have facilitated new <br />residential in-fill development that broadened our diversity of <br />;yet required them to be designed in a way <br />that maintained our sense of small town character. This was the first step in <br />enabling us to grow our commercial retail and business opportuni <br />enlarged our regional presence and captured a more significant s <br />spending by residents, workers, and tourists. Our workforce is wll-educated <br />and highly trained, made possible by continued strategic partner <br />between La Porte and Clear Creek ISDs and San Jacinto College, and easy <br />access to other colleges and higher education institutions.
