Horizontal Articulation.No building wall shall extend for a distance equal to 3 <br /> times the wall's height without having an off-set equal to 25%of the wall's height, and <br /> that new plane shall extend for a distance equal to at least 25%of the maximum length of <br /> the first plane. <br /> b. Vertical Articulation.No horizontal wall shall extend for a distance greater than <br /> 3 times the height of the wall without changing height by a minimum of 25%of the wall's <br /> height. <br />
