Minimum 3 on 12 roof pitch required. <br />Architectural Design Elements <br />(1) The following is a list of acceptable architectural design elements that must be included <br />into the design of buildings as required in this section. <br />a. Canopies, awnings, porticos with colonnade, or arcades <br />b. Raised pilaster cornices (end columns at corner), or quoin corners <br />C. Vertical elements (tower, cupola, lighthouse, turret, arches, etc) <br />d. Windows and doors framed with smooth cobble, cast stone, limestone, or other <br />decorative masonry headers and sills; or dormer windows <br />e. Outdoor patios and/or courtyards (landscaped and furnished) <br />f. Decorative ornamentation integrated into the building fagade, such as corbels, <br />
