Ordinance 20254057 Repealing Ordinance 2024.3972 - Discussion and <br />possible action to approve or deny Ordinance 20254057 providing for the <br />repeal of Ordinance 2024-3972, concerning condemnation of the residential <br />building located on Lots 20 & 21, Block 197, La Porte, Harris County, Texas, <br />more commonly known as 114 S. Iowa St. [Ryan Hvitlok, Planning Director, <br />Planning and Development Department] <br />Chris Johnson and Preston Brown of Waimea Investments provided public <br />comment and asked that the structure at 114 S. Iowa Street be relieved of its <br />demolition order. Mr. Hvitlok said that staff agreed with the request to repeal <br />Ordinance 2024-3972. <br />
