Use condition applies to NAICS 713120 (Footnote 10) – Refer to Chapter 10 of the Code of <br />Ordinances (must be at least 300 feet from church, school, or hospital & measured from property <br />line to property line). <br />10. A special conditional use permit <br />(SCUP) may be sought for individual sites in excess of five acres or buildings greater than 40,000 <br />sq. ft. <br />17. Use condition applies to NAICS 484 (Footnote 20) – Hazardous materials which may or may not <br />require a placard may not be stored on site for any length of time, regardless of whether the use <br />is located adjacent to the hazardous cargo route. This prohibition includes shipments of <br />hazardous materials that are defined as in-transit by the Department of Transportation (DOT). <br />18.
