<br />to a high frequency truck route, based on pre-existing, non-conforming status of such uses as
<br />established in Ordinance No. 2006-1501, and as amended.
<br />9. Use condition applies to NAICS 713120 (Footnote 10) – Refer to Chapter 10 of the Code of
<br />Ordinances (must be at least 300 feet from church, school, or hospital & measured from property

<br />establishments that maintain an average 1-day turnaround time such as businesses offering oil

<br />sq. ft.
<br />17. Use condition applies to NAICS 484 (Footnote 20) – Hazardous materials which may or may not
<br />require a placard may not be stored on site for any length of time, regardless of whether the use
<br />is located adjacent to the hazardous cargo route. This prohibition includes shipments of
<br />hazardous materials that are defined as in-transit by the Department of Transportation (DOT).
