<br />Presentation, discussion, and possible action to approve or deny guaranteed
<br />maximum price (GMP) proposal for the construction phase of Public Works Facility
<br />Improvements Phase I and II and authorize the City Manager to execute the
<br />Guaranteed Maximum Price Amendment to the existing Construction Manager at
<br />Risk (CMAR) contract with Construction Masters of Houston awarding construction
<br />costs, general conditions, profit and overhead totaling $10,262,938.16 with a
<br />construction contingency of $500,000.00 (4.9%) for a total amount of $10,762,938.16.
