<br />overtime.Therefore,therecommendationsandconclusionspresentedasaresultofthis
<br />assessmentapplystrictlytotheenvironmentalregulationsandpropertyconditionsexistingat
<br />thetimetheassessmentwasperformed.Availableinformationhasbeenanalyzedusingcurrently
<br />acceptedassessmenttechniquesanditisbelievedthattheinferencesmadearereasonably
<br />representativeoftheproperty.AEImakesnowarranty,expressedorimplied,exceptthatthe
<br />serviceshavebeenperformedinaccordancewithgenerallyacceptedenvironmentalproperty
<br />assessment practices applicable at the time and location of the assessment.
<br />ConsiderationsidentifiedbyASTMasbeyondthescopeofaPhaseIESAthatmayaffectbusiness
<br />environmentalriskatagivenpropertyincludethefollowing:ACMs,radon,LBP,leadindrinking
<br />water,wetlands,regulatorycompliance,culturalandhistoricalresources,industrialhygiene,
<br />healthandsafety,ecologicalresources,endangeredspecies,indoorairquality,mold,andhigh
<br />voltagelines.Theseenvironmentalissuesorconditionsmaywarrantassessmentbasedonthe
<br />typeofthepropertytransaction;however,theyareconsiderednon-scopeissuesunderASTM
<br />Standard Practice E1527-13.
<br />Ifrequestedbytheclient,thesenon-scopeissuesarediscussedherein.Otherwise,thepurpose
<br />ofthisassessmentissolelytosatisfyoneoftherequirementsforqualificationoftheinnocent
<br />landownerdefense,contiguouspropertyownerorbonafideprospectivepurchaserunder
<br />CERCLA.ASTMStandardPracticeE1527-13andtheUnitedStatesEPAStandardsandPractices
<br />forAllAppropriateInquiries(40CFRPart312)constitutethe"allappropriateinquiryintothe
<br />previousownershipandusesofthepropertyconsistentwithgoodcommercialorcustomary
<br />practice" as defined in:

<br />theassessmentintendedtoassurecleartitletothepropertyinquestion.Thesolepurpose
<br />ofassessmentintopropertytitlerecordsistoascertainahistoricalbasisofpriorlanduse.
<br />Allfindings,conclusions,andrecommendationsstatedinthisreportarebaseduponfacts,
<br />circumstances,andindustry-acceptedproceduresforsuchservicesastheyexistedatthetime
<br />thisreportwasprepared(i.e.,federal,state,andlocallaws,rules,regulations,marketconditions,
