Mission and vision statements serve as the cornerstone of an economic development strategy. All goals and tactics contained within the plan support the overarching vision of the city. La Porte’s Economic Development Goals Avalanche Consulting created three goals that are critical to La Porte’s ability to succeed in economic development and that move the city forward toward accomplishing its vision.
