After this <br />period, staff will bring the list forwardfor final approvalby the Board. <br />The discussed list of approvedCIP projects are as follows: <br />2021-22Fiscal Year <br />Downtown Lighting & Enhancements -$150,000 <br />Enhancement Grant Program -$100,000 <br />Fairmont Park Splash Pad (1/3 Funding) -$200,000 <br />Dog Park at Fairmont Park -$212,275 <br />Broadway Street Trail Lighting Phase II -$ 390,156 <br />Signage Project Phase I -$350,000 <br />Fairmont Park Improvements (Exercise Shade Structure) -$52,600 <br />Pecan Park Parking Lot Improvements -$336,000 <br />Total Projects -$1,791,031 <br />Staff request the LPDC Board to approve staff to publicly post the above projects in the <br />th <br />Bay Area Observer on Thursday, October 7to begin the 60-day comment period for <br />thth <br />these projects. December 6will be the 60day; therefore, staff will schedule a public <br />th <br />hearing on December 13prior to the La Porte Drainage & Flooding Committee <br />meeting to finalize this process in order for these projects to be funded. <br />ACTION REQUIRED BY LPDC BOARD <br /> <br />
