Work Performed: Authority Adopted GASB 34 in fiscal year 2002. Audit activities include planning the engagement, development of tailored audit programs, performing fieldwork and drafting and issuing final audit reports. in addition to the annual financial audit of the Authority, we performed agreed -upon procedures which were agreed to by the City of Houston (the "City"), the Tax increment Reinvestment Zone (the 'Zone") and the Authority, on the schedule of construction expenditures and activities of the Authority, solely to assist in determining the reasonableness of expenditures and their conformation to both the approved Project Plan and Reinvestment Zone Financing Plan and Agreement Between the City, Zone, and the Authority.
