Audit activities include <br />planning the engagement, development of tailored audit programs, <br />performing fieldwork and drafting and issuing final audit reports. <br />in addition to the annual financial audit of the Authority, we performed <br />agreed -upon procedures which were agreed to by the City of Houston <br />(the "City"), the Tax increment Reinvestment Zone (the 'Zone") and the <br />Authority, on the schedule of construction expenditures and activities of <br />the Authority, solely to assist in determining the reasonableness of <br />expenditures and their conformation to both the approved Project Plan <br />and Reinvestment Zone Financing Plan and Agreement Between the <br />City, Zone, and the Authority. <br />HARRIS COUNITY HOUSING FINANCE CORPORATION <br />CORPORATE CASH fUND <br />The Houston Housing Finance Corporation (the "Corporation") is a Texas public corporation, <br />which was incorporated on December 6, 1979, by the City of Houston, Texas in accordance <br />with the Texas Housing Finance Corporations Act.
