Sometimes we may not be as alert as we should be <br />I when a fellow staff member needs our support for <br />I an idea, to assist with an assignment (Council <br /> Agenda Requests, adding contact names to bid <br />I packets, etc.), or to deal with a controversial issue <br /> ("we still go to Abilene"). <br />I · I believe we do not refuse to be considerate of each <br /> other (or our staffs), intentionally. At times, we <br />I tend to appear apathetic or uninterested; "this issue <br /> does not really affect me directly." This view can <br />I be perceived as a lack of support for each other (or <br /> our staffs). However, I believe we just forget to <br />I show consideration for each other. <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />
