There are no other fire stations located so <br /> close to homes anywhere in the city. <br /> 10. Building the fire station here will lower the property value and desire to <br /> live in any of the homes on this block of the street <br /> 11. We do not think the fire station will be a good neighbor much like the <br /> port just a lot of noise, vibration, and light on a 24 hour period <br /> 12.
