Box 1115 <br />La Porte, Texas 77572 <br />RE: Restricted Use appraisal regarding the Market Value of +-30,000 square <br />foot tract of land and improvements located on the SE corner of Barbour’s <br />Cut Blvd and 4 Street, Town of La Porte, Harris County, Texas. <br />th <br />Dear Sirs: <br />We have inspected the following described property by way of a limited physical <br />inspection for the purpose of estimating its current Market Value as of the date of <br />this appraisal in fee simple title. <br /> BRIEF LEGAL DESCRIPTION OF PROPERTY <br />Known as Lots 1 thru 9 and the north 15 feet of Lot 10, Block 330, Town of La <br />Porte, Harris County, Texas. See site plan in addenda. Survey and legal not <br />available. <br />At our client's request, the results of our investigation and analyses are being <br />presented via a Restricted Appraisal Report Format as permitted by Standard 2- <br />2c. A file memorandum is maintained in our office for review. The subject <br />property was inspected on June 25, 2013 via a limited inspection. We did not <br />physically inspect the interior of the warehouse facility per agreement with the <br />client. The scope of this report included an inspection of the property and <br />researching and analyzing the comparable data. <br />I hereby certify that I have inspected the property described, by way of a <br />"LIMITED PHYSICAL INSPECTION" and that all data gathered by my <br />investigation is from sources believed reliable and true. <br /> <br />
