The proposed plan amendment would <br />modify certain tracts from Business Industrial use to Light Industrial use; certain tracts from <br />Business Industrial use to Park and Open. Space use; and certain tracts from Park and Open Space <br />use to Light Industrial use in order to make the Comprehensive Plait consistent with the intended <br />development of the Port Crossing area. The area of the proposed amendment focused on all tracts <br />of land between S. 16"' and SH 146 and between W. M Street and McCabe Road.
