<br />F. Close-outs <br />La Portethe County shall not end until all closeout requirements described in <br />OMB Super Circular 2 CFR Part 200 are completed to the satisfaction of the County and the <br />Harris County Auditor. Activities during this close-out period shall include, but are not limited <br />to, making final payments, disposing of Program assets, including the return to the County of all <br />unused materials, equipment, unspent cash advances, accounts receivable, and determining the <br />custodianship of records. <br />G. Reversion of Assets <br />Upon expiration or termination of the term of this Agreement, La Porte shall transfer to the <br />County any FTA 5307 Grant funds on hand at the time of expiration and any accounts receivable <br />attributable to the use of such funds. For any year following the expiration or termination of this <br />Agreement that La Porte holds personal property attributable to funds hereunder, La Porte shall <br />submit an Annual Report of Personal Property identifying the property and its location, with such <br />report being filed with the County and the Harris County Auditor. <br /> <br />XIII. AGREEMENT REQUIREMENTS <br /> <br />Notwithstanding any provision of this Agreement, La Porte is required to comply with only the <br />federal, state, and local regulations applicable to the specific federally assisted program <br />associated with this Agreement. <br /> <br /> <br />XIV.INCORPORATION OF EXHIBITS <br />The following documents are a part of this Agreement: <br />Exhibit A Scope of Services <br />Exhibit B Budget <br />Exhibit C Harris County Community Services Department Construction Policies and <br />Guidelines <br />Exhibit D FTA Requirements Acknowledgement <br />Exhibit E Buy America Certification <br />Exhibit F Lobbying Certification <br />Exhibit G Project Map <br /> <br /> Page 18 of 58 <br /> <br />
