Regarding the La Porte Tax Reinvestment Zone Number One (TIRZ 1) – Consider new appointments <br />or reappointing Peggy Antone to Position 1, Alton Porter to Position 3, and Doug Martin to Position 5, to <br />two-year terms expiring August 31, 2019, or until successors have been appointed and qualified. <br />FYI: TIRZ bylaws state if you are a Board member on the TIRZ, you are also a Board <br />member on the Redevelopment Authority. <br />Regarding the La Porte Redevelopment Authority – Consider new appointments or reappointing Peggy <br />Antone to Position 1, Alton Porter to Position 3, and Doug Martin to Position 5, to two-year terms <br />expiring August 31, 2019, or until successors have been appointed and qualified. <br />Regarding the Planning and Zoning Commission – Consider new appointments or reappointing Trey <br />Kendrick as the Council District 1 appointee, Christina Tschappat as the Council District 6 appointee, and <br />Nick Barerra as the Council At-Large B appointee, to three-year terms expiring August 31, 2020, or until <br />successors have been appointed and qualified. <br />Regarding the Southeast Texas Housing Finance Corporation Board of Directors – Consider new <br />appointment or reappointing Betty Moore as a director to a one-year term expiring on August 31, 2018, or <br />until a successor has been appointed and qualified. <br />Regarding the Zoning Board of Adjustment – Consider new appointments or reappointing Nettie <br />Warren to Position 5, Shelley Fuller to Alternate 1, and Phillip Hoot to Alternate 2, to two-year terms <br />expiring August 31, 2019, or until successors have been appointed and qualified. <br />Action Required by Council: <br />Consider making appointments to various boards, committees and commissions. <br />Approved for City Council Agenda <br />Corby D.
