(7) Reasonable steps are being taken to respond appropriately to detected violations and non- <br />compliances and to prevent future violations and non-compliances <br /> A written policy outlining how an organization will respond to violations of the internal <br />compliance program and how the organization will mitigate future violations and/or non- <br />compliance. <br />(8) Have in place a written employee code of conduct that, at a minimum, addresses: <br /> record retention, <br /> fraud, <br /> equal opportunity employment, <br /> sexual harassment, <br /> conflicts of interest, <br /> personal use of the property, and <br /> gifts honoraria. <br /> <br />
