City of La Porte Planning and Development Department <br />IlEistalalislseall 11877 11kidlaird I lai villa, I )111-c.toil <br />May 18, 2018 <br />Honorable Mayor Rigby and City Council <br />City of La Porte <br />RE: Special Conditional Use Permit Request #18-91000004 <br />Dear Mayor Rigby and City Council: <br />The La Porte Planning and Zoning Commission held a regular meeting on May 17, 2018 to hear <br />a Special Conditional Use Permit request by Tracy Talent Lacombe, applicant, on behalf of <br />Victor Ybarra, owner; for a Special Conditional Use Permit to allow for a Specialty Trade <br />Contractor. The subject site is located at 405 S. 16th St., and is legally described as Lots 3-5, <br />Block 789, Town of La Porte Subdivision.
