SECTION <br />FOUR (4) A SUBDIVISION IN HARRIS COUNTY. TEXAS, ACCORDING TC) THE MAP OR <br />PLAT TF- RECORDED IN VOLtJME 284, PAGE 93 OF THE MAP RECORDS OF <br />,HARRIS COUNTY. TEXAS, which is more commonly known as 9906 ROCKY HOLLOW RD.. <br />Harris County. Texas, has become dan(yerous or substandard and thereby a public nuisance, as <br />established in Section 82-473 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of La Porte-, and. <br />WHERFAS, said Board has heretofore made and filed its written report. dated MARCI I <br />29, 2018 finding said building to be in fact a dangerous building: <br />WHEREAS,, City Council received such report, and ordered notice to the record owner and <br />lienholders of said property that a hearing as provided in Section 82-477 of said Ordinance would <br />I Z__ <br />be held at 6:00 PM on JUNE 11. 2018. at 604 W. Fairmont Parkway, at the Council Chambers, <br />Cite Hall, City of La Porte. Texas., at which time the Council would hear further evidence for and <br />against the Conclusions of the Board, <br />WI IEREAS. the City of La Porte has heretofore served notice upon said owner by posting <br />a notice on the subject property at 9906 ROCKY HOLLOW RD. on or about MAY 23, 2018: and. <br />by registered mail, return receipt requested. which notice was shown by USPS as delivered to his <br />last known address of 16297 Dockbar COUrt. Friendswood, Texas 77546, on or about MAY 26 . <br />2018 ( ISI TLLRNL <br />I-', D' a date more than ten (10) days before the date set for the public hearing- as <br />required by law, such notice included a statement that that the owner was required to submit at the <br />puhlic hearing proof of the scope of work that may be required to bring the Structure into <br />compliance and the time it \vouild take to reasonably perforin the work, furthermore, notice of the <br />aforementioned public hearing date was published in the Bay Area Observer on MAY 31. 2018 <br />and JUNE 7, 201 8; <br />
