The undersigned bidder has carefully examined the Instructions to Biddem, this Proposal, the General Conditions of Agreement, the Technical Specifications and the drawings for the work herein above described and referred to in the Invitation to Bid and has carefully examined the site of the work and will provide all necessary labor, superintendenoe, mouhinery, equipment, tools, matehe|e, services and other means of construction to complete all the work upon which he bida, as called for in the Contract, the Specifications and shown on the drawings, and in the manner prescribed therein and according to the requirements ofthe City ofLaPorte.
