Since2013, the City has provided a fixed <br />schedule basis along a specific route with vehicles stopping to pick up and deliver <br />passengers to specific locationswithin the City, as well as selected sites outside the City <br />such as Social Security Office, Strawberry Clinic, a connector shuttle to Baytownwhich <br />allows riders to be connected to the Metro Station, and paratransit services. Bus ridership has remained <br />steady, with ebbs and flows throughout the COVID-19 pandemic. If ridership were to <br />remain steady, the number of 2022 passengers should exceed both 2020 and 2021 <br /> <br />
