The pipeline will originateon the west side of Union Pacific <br />Railroad, east of Sens Road,and terminate on theinside of theDow Lomax Facility, <br />located at approximately359 Old Underwood Road, La Porte,TX.The total distance of <br />the pipeline between the two (2) facilities is approximately 2,200 linear feet. The <br />pipelinewill be located between Old Underwood Road and the railroad, south of Hwy <br />225,in a corridor owned by Exxon and a portion owned by CenterPointEnergy. <br />Cobb Fendley & Associates has reviewed the Seadrift Pipeline Corporationapplication <br />and plans for the 10-inch Pipeline <br />construction are in compliance with the requir <br />presents no conflicts with existing water, sewer, or drainage facilities along its route <br />between Old Underwood Road and the railroad, south of Hwy 225. <br />In accordance with Section 102-236(c), the City Council shall consider approval or <br />denial of the permit. Upon approval by the City Council, staff will execute a construction <br />permit to Seadrift Pipeline Corporation, in duplicate originals; one duplicate shall be <br />delivered to the permittee and one which shall be retained by the City, as required by <br />ordinance. <br />Staff recommends granting the permit application based upon a determination of <br />ACTION REQUIRED BY CITY COUNCIL <br /> <br />
