Brookglen Stormwater Detention Basin <br />Traffic Impact Study <br />3.2.3 2041 Future Year with Rerouting <br />2041 Future Year with Rerouting conditions utilizes the same lane configuration from Existing <br />Conditions with Rerouting as shown in Figure 7 for this traffic analysis. Half a percent (0.5%) of <br />annual growth per year is assumed to forecast future trips. Future trips during weekday AM and <br />PM peak hours ad LOS are presented in Figure 10. <br />Traffic delays, v/c ratio, and LOS during weekday AM and PM peak hours for 2041 Future Year <br />with Rerouting are summarized in Table 5. Results indicate that the study intersections continue <br />to operate reasonably with LOS A or B and do not need any operational improvements.
