Analysis of Initial Bids
Earlier this year, in preparation for the new budget, staff contacted ten economic development consultants in
Texas that are known for offering services in strategic planning. Of the ten consultants surveyed, eight of them
offered initial quotes for services. These estimates were used to formulate a reasonable amount for inclusion in
the Fiscal Year 2016 budget. It is not a formal request for proposal.
ED Consultants Less than $40,000
Alysia A.
