Property owner and/ or occupant shall only receive one (1) violation <br />notification per year (12 month period). Should the violation not be abated within the time period specified, or future <br />violation of the safe nature the City of La Porte will abate the violation and invoice you for the actual cost incurred or <br />issue a 1'orntal citation and subsequent prosecution in the Municipal Court of the City of La Porte.
