Additional requirements may also <br />apply as required in other sections of the Code. All area requirements and lot sizes shall be calculated <br />based on gross acres. <br />Section 4.1.6.2 Nonresidential Uses in Residential Districts <br />Any nonresidential uses which may be permitted within a residential district in accordance with <br />Section 4.3.1.2 shall conform to the requirements as prescribed for the CC, Community Commercial, <br />zoning district. <br />(Ord.
