This letter includes all comments and questions related to your plan submittal by the <br />various city agencies. <br />Planning: <br />(Eric Ensey, City Planner, 281-470-5063, enseye@laportetx.gov) <br />1.The plan included a note regarding the location of dumpsters, but this note will also need <br />to include screening materials used for the dumpster. <br />2.The street trees need to be shade trees not ornamental trees. <br />3.Near the new entrance on San Jacinto, there is a reference to “8 Waxleaf Ligustrum” but <br />I do not see where those plants are located. Please identify on the site plan. <br />Building: <br />(Mark Huber, Chief Building Official, 281-470-5067, huberm@laportetx.gov) <br />4.No additional comments. <br />Utilities: <br />) <br />(Curtis Herrod, Utilities Superintendent, 281-470-5107, herrodc@laportetx.gov <br />5.Call out size of the domestic water service and meter for the proposed baseball field <br />facility. <br />6.Indicate if the existing sanitary sewer running through proposed baseball field will be <br />abandoned or remain. <br />7.Shown and call out a U.E. for the existing 6” water line. <br />8.Call out proposed 4” water meter for proposed not labeled. <br />9.Possible conflict between existing fire line ( size not known ) and the proposed 2-4 x6 <br />box culverts near the outfall to the detention pond. <br />10.Label proposed Baseball field. <br />11.The utility easement is shown but not called out for proposed water line to be relocated. <br />12.Show and call out existing water service and meter for existing Mechanical bldg. <br />City of La Porte 604 W.
